Chelsea Blackwell, a contestant on season six of the popular Netflix reality series Love Is Blind, is speaking out about the onslaught of memes comparing her to Hollywood actress Megan Fox. While some found the comparisons amusing, Blackwell says she's had enough.
In a recent Instagram post, Blackwell addressed the issue head-on, asking people to stop sending her memes featuring the comparisons.
"The internet's a wild place," she wrote. "But I've got to say, I'm a little over the memes comparing me to Megan Fox. I get it, we both have dark hair and green eyes. But that's about where the similarities end."
Blackwell went on to say that she's flattered by the comparisons, but she's also starting to feel like they're taking away from her own individuality. "I'm my own person, and I want to be known for more than just looking like someone else."
Despite her plea, the memes continue to circulate online. But Blackwell is hopeful that people will eventually get the message and stop sending them her way.
In the meantime, she's trying to focus on the positive side of the attention. "I'm grateful for all the love and support I've received from my fans," she said. "And I'm excited to see what the future holds for me."
