Jorginho has joined Arsenal from Chelsea for a fee of around £12 million. The Italian midfielder has signed a contract until 2024 with the option of a further year.

Declan Rice is also on the verge of joining Arsenal from West Ham for a fee of around £105 million. The England midfielder has written an open letter to West Ham fans to say goodbye.
